Burgundy wine bar and restaurant was created in February 2010 by five wine enthusiasts: Edmond, Henri and Karl Asseily, Youssef Kamel and Ziad Mouawad and given a character of glamour, flair and sophistication. At the cellar, wine enthusiasts are given the best advice on what bottles to purchase and savor at home or as an accompaniment to a lavish dinner at the Burgundy restaurant. The restaurant itself blends modernity and authenticity where Chef Youssef Akiki and his professional team offer contemporary French cuisine with an international inspiration.
